i can never listen to an entire song without skipping it because i am extremely picky when it comes to listening to music.

like right now, for instance. i’m looking through my library, hoping to find an (and i thought this out thoroughly in my head: that’s how specific i am) upbeat, acoustic song which still has a melodic background. although the song’s acoustic, it can’t be horribly cheesy love crap like joseph vincent “if you stay” or mopey love crap like a fine frenzy’s “almost lover.” i’m currently thinking of piano version of tyrone wells’ “happy as the sun,” but obviously that doesn’t exist.

during times like these, i just end up blasting niggas in paris at full volume because it’s just so bad that it’s good.
